The golf course is located in a setting of incomparable natural beauty in the mountains of Andalusia. It runs through two valleys, with great views of the Mediterranean, in one of the most densely wooded areas of the municipality. The course winds through the valley and climbs up the side of the mountain before crossing the motorway in a northerly direction.

The first nine holes were designed by Antonio Garcia Garrido. The second 9 holes inaugurated in November 1996, were designed by the technical team of the Club.

The course is surrounded by numerous apartment buildings, but this does not detract from its beauty, and it also has two practice courses, three putting greens and five short holes.
